How to find out why SMS were not delivered in BuzzBlaster
To see why SMS were not delivered in BuzzBlaster, open the campaign report and check the Undelivered, Failed, Suppressed and Unclear columns. Each column is a different reason, and each one has its own fix.
Before you begin: the campaign must have started sending. Delivery reports from the phone networks arrive over time, so wait a few hours before you judge the numbers.
Open the campaign report
- Click Campaigns in the top bar.
- In the Sent list, click the campaign name.
- Find the country with the problem. The report has one row per country and a Total row.
When some messages were not sent, a summary such as "1,200 sent · 14 failed · 30 skipped" appears above the table.
What does each status mean, and what can I do?

Why does the report say "Nobody was reached"?
Every recipient was skipped before the message went out. Usually all of them had unsubscribed, or all of them got a message from you within your sending preferences window. See How to schedule, cancel or stop an SMS campaign in BuzzBlaster.
Why is Delivered lower than Handed off?
Some networks never send a delivery report. A message without a report is not counted as delivered, and it is not counted as failed either. So Delivered is the lowest true number, not the full count.
Questions
One country has many Undelivered messages. The list for that country may be old. Check when those customers last bought from you, and leave out people you have not heard from in a long time.
